We can take the time to discuss with you what you are looking for in a bridal gown and begin trying on different styles, so you can get a feel for the gown you are seaching for. However you are more than welcome to pop in and have a browse anytime.

Our gowns and dresses are bought from our designers in standard sizes. That means because we are all different, you will be fitted to the closest standard size, which we order in especially for you, and then any alterations that are needed to get a flawless fit will be carried out in store by Carmel.

Once you have selected your dream gown and have your initial fitting with Carmel, your next fitting will be when your gown arrives in store. This is when Carmel will assess any alterations that are needed for your gown to be customised for you. After that your final fitting will be before pick up for your special day.

Yes. That is considered buying "off the rack". However that also means that whatever style, color or size is on display, that is the one you are purchasing. Alterations are still available for these gowns and are a good option if you need it sooner than we can order it in for you.

For bridal and deb gowns, a minimum of 12-16 weeks is required for production and delivery of your gown. An additional 6 weeks prior to your event is also required to allow for fittings and alterations.

Yes. This is a great option to take the stress out of your wedding planning while ensuring your gown is taken care of. Layby is available for most full priced items.
